Logos and branding are often blurred on DHgate because the platform has strict rules around copyright infringement. However you will receive the items with full branding and logos just as I have shown in my reviews. It’s good practice to message the sellers directly and ask for real photos of the item to make sure it’s exactly what you are looking to order. Make sure to send a link to the DHG listing or a screenshot of the product page so they know which item you want to see. 🙂
Not all items are created equally. Usually spending a little bit more on the yellow app really goes a long way. Although some of the is subjective (what one person thinks is great quality another person might not). Once you understand these tiers and the price range associated with them you can shop on the gate with confidence in understanding what quality tier you will receive. Here is a general guide to follow:
Good/ Average/ Budget Quality: The most affordable tier. Materials, stitching and construction might be visibly different compared to the original item For example using faux leather compared to real leather. This level focuses on appearance at a glance, not detailed accuracy. ($40-$60 USD)
7A/Great/ High/ Premium Quality: A quality product at an affordable price, More premium materials and do a decent job at mimicking the original. While they may have subtle differences they can still pass as authentic to the untrained eye. ($60-$150 USD)
10A/12A/ 1:1/ Master Quality: The highest tier you can get. Extremely well made. These are made to look and feel nearly identical to the original, often using the same materials and craftsmanship. Even experienced eyes would struggle to spot the difference. They are the closest match you will find to the real thing. ($300-$500+ USD)
Shipping can really vary for everyone depending on where you are located. But it is very normal for shipping to take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. In most cases my orders arrive in 2-3 weeks.
Check your order and tracking on the app. Keep in mind when your package is traveling overseas the tracking information doesn’t always update right away. If you are not happy with your order always reach out the sellers directly, most are more than happy to help you fix the issue. On the app sellers are not paid until you have successfully received your package. DHgate also has a customer service section you can reach out to for additional help.
